Cumin is the main organ of our Indian kitchen and it is also for certain medicinal properties. It is used as a medicine in many diseases. The usefulness of cumin is not limited to eating, but it also has many health benefits. Commonly used cumin seed in the kitchen has long been used by experts for medicinal properties, including diseases related to eye diseases, diseases like gas, gall, and fever.
Almost all the vegetables have the pleasure of Indian food. Its utility is not limited to food, but it also has many health benefits. It is used as a medicine in many diseases. Cumin contains an abundance Manganese, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, and Phosphorus.

Increase hemoglobin

Cumin is a good source of iron. If we use regular cumin it increases hemoglobin level. If there is a shortage of iron, take a spoon of cumin seeds every morning. Iron is very much needed in pregnancy, so for the pregnant woman, cumin works as a nectar.

Beneficial in diabetes

Use of cumin in the diet is beneficial for diabetics. To control the amount of sugar in the blood, add half a teaspoon of powder cumin seeds twice a day with water.

Beneficial in cold winter

Antiseptic elements are found in cumin, which provides relief from cold. Whenever you are cold, put little cumin seeds in a glass of water and boil it. Drink water when it gets a little cool. By doing this remedy, the cough gets accumulated in the chest.

Remove constipation

If you are troubled by constipation, then you can remove the cumin solution to this problem. For this, prepare the mixture by mixing equal quantity of cumin, black pepper, stem and hard leaves, equal quantity. Now add salt to taste and cook it in ghee and eat it with rice. This will keep your stomach clean and relief from constipation.

Beneficial in hemorrhoids

Cumin contains anti-fungal and anti-microbial elements which help in filling wounds. If there is a problem with Hemorrhoids, it is beneficial to eat the empty stomach raw cumin seed in the morning after eating it regularly.

Beneficial for new moms

Calcium and iron-rich cumin seeds are very beneficial for feeding mothers. For this, fry cumin seeds and make powder and taking a big spoon cumin seeds in hot water or hot milk is beneficial.

Lose weight

Cumin is very useful for weight loss. Soak one big spoon cumin in a glass of water and keep it for the night. Boil it in the morning and drink like hot tea. Chew the remaining cumin seeds too. By doing this regularly, we will lose weight in a month.

Useful in asthma

If asthma or other respiratory problems occur, then cumin seeds should be used regularly. If there is a problem of sinus, if the cumin is boiled and its steam is taken regularly it is of great benefit.

Enhance beauty

Cumin enhances beauty even with health. For this, add cumin seeds to the water and let it cool down. Washing the face with this water makes the face clean and shiny. Drying with cumin seeds can also get rid of body odor and itching.

Appetite problem

We can overcome the problem of hunger, and if you do not feel hungry or do not feel like eating, then you can use it with pomegranate juice. You will get help.

If the scorpion is bitten, honey mixed with cumin and salt in place of a sting is also found great relief. Cumin can also be used in the fever if the person has a fever, then together with the cumin, make ten grams of each tablet only and make one tablet for three to four times in the day to reduce the temperature of the body. It helps.
